Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. The game keeps crashing when its trying to load the Main Menu in the game. And the crash messes up my shortcuts in deskope every time. Also I tried to install and run the game in different compatebility modes. It did not help. Further updates dont work because all current updates are above and beyond what is required, which is probably the problem. All settings are above and beyond the requirments to run these old graphics.

Second, DirectX 12 includes all files from DirectX 10 and The game would use excatly the same files in exactly the same way as before. The only difference would be that you're missing some DirectX 12 files that ESO never used anyway but other games might need. Fourth, in games that can use different DIrectX versions, you usually set the DIrectX version in the settings, or with a launch parameter, or by running different executables.
