Who is tenga inheritance

If so, what happened to it? Yes he did. I doubt Galbatorix thought that Eragon would best him, so was blowing himself up instinctual or a contingency plan all along? It was never his plan. It was his way of escaping the pain of understanding, completely and utterly, the pain he had caused others. The Word that Galbatorix found on a tablet… was it the writing from the Greyfolk? Because he said that it did not come from humans, dwarves, or elves.

No, Galbatorix is really dead. What inspired you to kill King Galbatorix by showing him the hurt he had inflicted to the people all the years of his reign? Tough question. Basically, I knew that Galbatorix was stronger than Eragon.

And he had to remain stronger than Eragon right up until the end if there was going to be any suspense as to whether Eragon was going to win. Ultimately, I wanted the victory to come from within Eragon. Neither would have Nasuada or Arya. But Eragon — Eragon who was always questioning and searching and worrying about what was right and what was wrong — Eragon could. A lack of empathy is what allows people to become monsters. Take that away — give them understanding — and they could never act as they had.

Why did you chose to have Galbatorix defeated in a way that involves more thought making him understand his crimes and less action? And he had to stay stronger than Eragon right up until the end, or there would never be any question whether or not Eragon would win. Also, I wanted Eragon to win because of who Eragon was. No one but Eragon would have thought to cast the spell. Among my characters, no one else had the same curiosity, the same concern for what was right and what was wrong, and the same empathy.

And I wanted to do something a big unexpected. I had plenty of big battles throughout the series, and even in Inheritance. So again, I felt something else was required. Did Galbatorix ever fall in love with someone? Or have any children?

What inspired the Dauthdaert, and why did you choose that as the way for Arya to kill Shruikan? An old fantasy painting gave me the idea. Seemed only fitting that Arya should have a magic weapon even as Eragon does. When the elves were fighting Lord Barst, how could all of them not overcome the just one eldunari he had in his armor? Most, but not all of them. You have to keep in mind the enormous difference in strength between a dragon and a human or an elf.

Just as an example, I once saw a video of an elephant playing tug-of-war with a hundred humans. And the elephant won. Now, imagine a much, much larger creature, one imbued with magic and far stronger than ordinary creature.

Do you know that amount or close to, the elves that died in the fighting at Urubaen? I forgot, but after Galby died and Eragon was on his errands, eragon stopped by to pay his respects to brom. Umaroth said it was possible but very hard, so if brom might cme bak 2 life in book 5 will garrow? Garrow, however, was buried, and the worms have already had a go at him. I remember reading, in Eldest I think, that the elves tried talking to the dead, but only a faded image in a mirror appeared and all the elves died of lack of energy required to fuel the spell.

So, what if all of the eldunari pooled all their energy together to fuel the spell, would it be enough? The Word only controls the ancient language. So, no. Or better yet, could Eragon use the Word to change the rules so that he could resurrect people such as Garrow, Oromis, Vrael, the first Eragon THAT would be interesting from the dead with no energy required? And if the wording for this was to complicated, could he change the rules again to simplify it? Is Brom dead forever? Good question….

No comment. What were the seven words in ancient language Brom said to Eragon when he was dying? Hopefully I can get to it before too long. Has a dragon ever grown up never being able to breath fire? I read in an interview, before Inheritance came out, that you had some other titles in mind for the fourth book-what were they and why did you choose Inheritance?

Originally the last book in the series was going to be Empire. Thus: Eragon, Eldest, Empire. However, when I split the third book into two, and the first half became Brisingr, Empire no longer worked.

So, I went with Inheritance, because it applies to all of the characters, not just Eragon. The dragons were mostly fully grown, and thus were able to fly far away from inhabited areas to hunt. Also, many of the young dragons then were born to wild dragons, which again, lived in the far reaches of the land.

To me it seems like it would have made more sense to clean the air with the ancient language and revitalize the land there than running away to find land that may or may not exist….

Yes, Eragon could have removed spells easily enough from Doru Areaba, but the radiation from the blast there contaminated the entire island. That would have required an enormous amount of energy to clean up. Would Eragon kill all of the grubs and birds to make it safe for hatchlings? They were taught earlier, but the methods were pretty much the same. The biggest disadvantage for human Riders besides their physical strength is that they had to learn the ancient language.

What is the difference between elvish blades and riders blades? I thought that elvish dragon riders were as strong as normal elves so would just an elvish blade be sufficient if riders could not have a rider blade?

Has any relation between a bonded dragon and rider become more than the ordinary heart and soul reltionship and tended to be more romantic, or even developed into hate? Yes and yes. For the first example, just look at Eragon and Saphira. As for the second — it leads to very bad things. Can a rider reject a dragon that hatched before him or is this a crime?

You could abandon a dragon you were already bonded with or they could abandon you but I think it would only happen between a grown Rider and Dragon. I imagine they would grab him or her and lock said person in a room until they came to their senses. If a rider were to lose his dragon on their first day that they bonded or vice versa, would they still go mad with loss? Good question. Probably not. Sad yes, but not driven insane.

It seems many people now know of them. As a dragon has many shades of their color, if there are two same color dragons, do they look similar, or can there be blue sapphire dragons and blue navy dragons and so on? Yes, during the time before Eragon left. I may do something with that in the near future. I was just wondering the reasoning for never letting Jeod ride Saphira as Eragon promised.

Slight oversight on my part, I suppose. At least, not for a very long time. So why does Brisingr light on fire every time that Eragon says Brisingr?

Did some bloodlines of dragons go extinct? Is it lost like Undbitr or does Galbatorix have it? Naegling is part of another story. Why did Terim want to be a city-state? Anything to do with Raran, and ship-hijaking, by any chance? I wanted to ask though how come it is that Galbatorix makes just or so soldiers feel no pain when he could of done that to his whole army? In the end, Galbatorix did just what you suggest. The theme of Inheritance was shown with Eragon and Murtagh becoming riders with dragons who had the same color as their fathers.

Does having a rider in the family improve the changes of someone becoming a rider? If so, would you be more likely to bond with a dragon of the same color as that relative; but not necessarily getting that color? However, being in the right place and time will definitely up your chances, and both Eragon and Murtagh were in the right places and times, partly because of their parents and partly because of their own actions.

Again to the Inheritance them; is there any way that family riders dragons are related? For example could Thorn and Saphira have come from the same dragon, if that makes any sense. Thorn and Saphira could only have been born from the same mother if the mother and the father carried the genes for both blue and red scales.

Yes, color with dragons is as genetic as the coloring of cats. Now will Glaedr tell Saphira and Eragon about all manner of creatures? Can two people have the same true name? Yes, but they could only do it at infrequent intervals — when their need was great enough.

There seemed to be more to Tenga than he wants others to believe. Eragon recounted his adventures upon his return to the Varden and was startled by Angela's revelation that she was Tenga's apprentice for a time. She informed Eragon that Tenga was "constantly searching" for an answer to "the question" and implied that the scope of said questions varied from trivial in nature to profound. She also noted that after solving the question currently occupying him, Tenga would "invent" a new one.

His "questions" mostly related to divining the secrets of elemental forces. Solembum added that he is 'a man who kicks at cats.
